Testing & Inspection
Concept Electrical provides periodic inspection and testing of electrical installations to the IEE Wiring Regulations BS 7671.
BS 7671 recommends that domestic dwellings be subject to inspection every ten years, or in the event of any change of occupancy. Offices should be inspected every five years and retail premises every three. On completion of the inspection and test, we provide a full report detailing the condition of the installation, with results of all tests carried out and a record of any faults detected, along with expert recommendations.
The price list below is based on a property with one bathroom. Any additional bathrooms will add an extra £30.00+VAT to the final cost.
